HOME AT LAST !!!!

Just a little over two weeks have gone by since I left home. Returning is always something to look forward to and a little motivation to forget any small struggles that have occurred earlier in the trip. Our dog Sadie wins to prize for happiest to see me with her tail wagging and sidewinder motion that causes her tail to slap her in the face. Good to be home!

Not your average truck driver!

Just entering into the world of blogging and look forward to using this forum as a quasi diary of sorts. As I am subjected to traveling the corners of this country holding down my day job I am often inspired to drag out my camera and document some of the wonders that this country has to offer. The more I seek out "special" places, the more I realize that "special" places are everywhere and closer to you than you might think. Most of us have the notion that we must travel to find something special when in fact if you just slow down and increase you awareness in your everyday surroundings you will be amazed at what you find.

Well enough said! I hope you will take the time to soak up the wonders that are abundant in your everyday travels. And continue to check in to see where I might be.

I am in Stafford VA as I write this post and look forward to traveling to Greensboro NC, Charlotte NC and then on to Statesboro GA, and finally....... HOME. (Saturday night)
